We have Mass every Thursday at 8:30. Students must wear their Mass uniform on Mass days. Girls wear jumpers and boys wear long pants.
Transportation
Please notify Ms. Kathy if your child has any transportation changes (carpool, walker, or extended care).

A Note From the School Office
Please Observe School Hours
Both campuses of Sacred Heart Catholic School are open from 7:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please refrain from contacting administrators, teachers or staff members about school business by phone, text or personal visit at any time outside these office hours, unless you have an emergency. Appointments must be made for parent conferences. All employees are available by email.
PLC Early Dismissal Days
Teachers will participate in Professional Learning Communities
PLC are once a month, on the 3rd Friday of the month. Carpool will begin at 12:45. All students must be picked up by 1:15
All parents and volunteers must complete the safe environment training. Parents and volunteers who have not gone through the safe environment training can no longer volunteer or go on field trips until they have completed the training. Please check the school website for upcoming training dates.
Birthday Snack Policy
We love Birthdays in Kindergarten and we want to celebrate everyone’s special day!
Birthdays are recognized throughout the school year. Students receive a birthday crown and a birthday pinwheel. Parents may send a special treat for the class on the child’s birthday. We will recognize summer birthdays at the end of the school year.
If your child’s birthday falls on the weekend, you may choose to send a snack another day.
Birthday snacks are in addition to our daily snack.
Please do not send birthday party invitations to be distributed at school unless all children will receive an invitation.
